He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley LaGrande Arnold. He is survived by: his father Larry N. Tooley (Barbara Sue) of Pikeville; his wife Marlene Belcher Tooley; his sons, Chase Childress (Cortney) and Dru Childress (Mason Justice); his siblings, Chris Roberts, Sabrena Wright (Chris), Kim Coleman (Christian), Debbie Harris (James Dale) and Becky Rose (Sid); his grandchildren, Riley and Carson Childress; and his sister-in-law Charlene Belcher. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
