He is survived by: his wife Diana Howell Adkins; his children, Larry Joe Adkins of Galveston, Kentucky and Vanessa Ann Ray (Kevin Emery) of Galveston, Kentucky; and his sisters, Peggy Hamilton (Clois Hamilton) of Galveston and Dolly Isaacs (Leon) of Galveston, Kentucky. He is also survived by Nieces & Nephews; Many Great Friends and Brothers & Sisters.
