He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Frasure and Edith Gail Hamilton Butler; and his brother John Thomas Frasure. He is survived by: his wife Dianna Justice Frasure; his sons, Nathan Jarrod Frasure (Amber) and Anthony Layton "Chip" Frasure (Bailey); his stepdaughters, Amber Coleman and Kayla Ray (Thomas); his siblings, Doug S. Butler, Dan Duncan (Sue) and Tammy Shackleford (Gerry); and his grandchildren, Kaiden, Deacon, Harper, Ian, Rory, Eli, Wilder and Jaxson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
