He is survived by: his wife Sue England; his children, Reta Lane McKinney (Grand Blanc Michigan), Virginia Sue Jones, Robin Cornette and Brian Cornette; his grandchildren, Jeramy McKinney, Patrick McKinney, Kristin Childs and John Thomas Jones; his great grandchildren, Ariana and Logan Childs; and his nieces and nephews, Cheryl Kiwi (Cincinnati), Carey Cornette Blaine (London) and Norma Howarth.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at the Taylor Cornette Cemetery.
