He was predeceased by: his mother Rosemary Smith Ramsey. He is survived by: his father Joe Ballard Ramsey, Sr.; his siblings, Robert Wayne Ramsey of Coal Run and Linda Fae Hall (Freddie) of Coal Run; his nieces, Emily Rose Weakley (Daniel) and Mary Elizabeth Hall; and his great-niece Abigail Faye.
