It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jewell Mae Fraganeno (Pikeville, Kentucky), who passed away on September 4, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Ricky Fraganeno, Mickey Fronto Jr. and Connie Shell; her stepdaughter Mary McCabe; and her brother Herbert Holbrooks Jr.. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
