He is survived by: his children, Brandon Kendrick (Tabatha) of Florence and Kayla Richardson (Johnny) of Prestonsburg; his siblings, Donald Kendrick, Harold Kendrick, Pamela Adkins, Teresa Kendrick and Linda Bentley (Keith); and his grandchildren, Kaitlynn, Alexis, John-Michael, Katie, Brantley and Bryton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
