He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Thacker Justice; his daughters, Wendy Annette Elswick (Jason) of Pikeville and Gerri Christina Trosper (Bernard) of Chesapeake; and his grandchildren, Logan Justice Elswick, Sarah Elizabeth Elswick and Emma Grace Elswick.
