She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Blair and Vossie Anderson Blair; her daughters, Becky Lynn Tackett and Diana Marie Tackett; and her grandson Elijah Tackett.
She is survived by: her son Gary Gene Tackett (Christal) of Pike Co; her grandchildren, Arabella Tackett, Grace Tackett, Anthony Tackett, Michael Tackett, Dalton Tackett and AJ Tackett; and her great grandchildren, Henry Baldwin, Penelope Cecil, Layla Blankenship and Liza Blankenship.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 6:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
