She was predeceased by: her parents, Bascom Taylor and Francis Stiltner Taylor; her former husband David Allen Stewart; her husband James G. Belcher; and her siblings, Marshall, Kirk Taylor, Eunice Ballard, Shirley Fraley, Nadine Huffman and Judy Hunt.
She is survived by: her children, Karen S. Harr (James A. Harr), Shelia G. Stewart and David A. Stewart II (Susan Stewart); her grandchildren, Kristie N. Robinson (Travis M. Robinson), Justin A. Mullins (Destini Mullins) and Taylor J. Harr; and her great grandchildren, Brody M. Robinson, Izabelle S. Robinson, Jaylin R. Mullins and Jaxtyn R. Mullins.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Garfield House (178 College St, Pikeville, KY 41501).
