She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Belcher Sr. and Margaret Mullins Belcher; and her sister Joyce Belcher. She is survived by: her husband Tim Smallwood; her son Timothy Brad Smallwood Jr.; and her siblings, Vicky Belcher White and Alfred Belcher Jr. (Lisa). She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
