He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Sullivan and Tina Pugh Sullivan; and his siblings, Lloyd, Billy, John Wayne, Donnie Earl Sullivan, Judy Scott, Ethel Damron and Betty Carol.
He is survived by: his wife Nannie Spears Sullivan of Fed's Creek; his children, Priscilla Newsome (Jack), Brittney Reed (Seth), William Jesse Sullivan and Anthony James Sullivan; his stepdaughter Christy Haley (Larry); and his siblings, Melvin Sullivan, Rita Freeman, Janet Fuller and Garnet Jean Sullivan. He is also survived by five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends.
