He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kenneth Lowe and Barbara Sue Little Lowe; and his brother Mark Kenneth Lowe. He is survived by: his daughter Allison Causey (Ermal); his fiancé Melina Hampton; his grandchildren, Isaac and Sienna Causey; and his son Steve Spurlock.
