It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Ralph Ratliff of Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 30, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Johnson and Dorothy Ratliff Ratliff Johnson; and his siblings, Grant Ratliff Jr. and Loretta Ratliff. He is survived by: his girlfriend Teresa Adkins; and his sister Linda Ratliff Walters.
