He is survived by: his wife Ada Ratliff Gibson; his children, Jeremy Damian Gibson (Brittany) of Grapevine, Kuri Danielle Brooke Cantrell (Ernel) of Pikeville, Linda Haag (Rick) of Leitchfield, Phyllis Gibson of Leitchfield and Lisa Hohler (Jason) of Colorado; and his siblings, Ralph Gibson of Ohio, Jeweldine Mason of Harlan and Octavia Vanwinkle of Louisville. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
