He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Waugh and Goldie Waugh (Brown); his son Joseph Trenton Waugh; and his sisters, Berniece Crawford, Helen Worley and Carol Ramier.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Waugh; his children, Jason Todd Waugh (Kristie) of Pikeville and Shawna Carol Adkins of VanLear, Kentucky.; his siblings, Denzell Waugh of Ohio, Millard Waugh of Ohio, Pat Hayes of Kendellville, Indiana. and Martha Altimus of Kendellville, Indiana.; and his grandchildren, Beau, Brady, Jaydan, MaKenna, Ryleigh and Shelby.
