She was predeceased by: her parents, James Scott and Gladys Glaser Scott; her husband Frank Arnold Bailey; her sister Lynn Williams Honaker; and her brothers-in-law, Warren "Bud" Williams, Andre Honaker, Chester Bailey, Robert L. "Bud" Bailey, Everett "Pete" Bailey, Delmas Bailey and Lawrence Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Bailey (Sandy), Karen Goff (Barry) of Pikeville, Kentucky. and Donna Bailey of Pikeville, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Amanda Connors (Brett) of Frankfort, William Hillgoff (Krista) of Lake Worth, Andrew Bailey (Kelly) of Virgie, Katelyn Tackett (Nathan) of Pikeville and Megan Bailey of Pikeville; and her great grandchildren, Henry Bailey, Maggie Tackett, Ezra Connors, Hallie Tackett, Autrie Hillgoff and Nell Connors.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Gail's memory to the First Baptist Church of Pikeville, 126 4th St., Pikeville, Kentucky 41501.
