She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Wellman and Elviria Owens Wellman; her husband Orbin; her son Timothy; and her siblings, Ernest, Curtis, Clarence, Jr., Willis, Roger, Ermal, Katherine Ward, Lou Wallace, Carrie Skerlak and Mary Sue Belcher.
She is survived by: her sons, Eric Ratliff (Kim) of Pikeville, Tracy Ratliff (Kathy) of Maineville and Trent Ratliff (Kelly) of Ledanon; her siblings, Benny Wellman of Elkhorn City and Ruth Disharon of Fayetteville, NC; her grandchildren, Erin Gibbs, Lindsay Porter, Makenzie Ratliff, Erica Stapleton, Traci Ratliff, Andrea Ratliff, Owen Ratliff, Jakob Ratliff, Olenka Gregory and Miluska Acina; and her great grandchildren, Luke Gibbs, Liam Gibbs, Hailey Gregory and Bianca Gregory.
