She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Caroline Mullins and Prichard Caldwell; her daughter Jennifer Lynn Huynh; and her siblings, Cleda Caldwell, Pheobe Caldwell, Dwight Caldwell, Prichard Caldwell Jr. and Sidney Caldwell.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Lee Branham (Ernest) of Pikeville Kentucky, Letitia Kaye Ousley (Cliff) of Beaver and Cary Gerald Thayer (Jennifer) of Lake Orion, Michigan.; her brothers, Hershel Caldwell of Cynthiana and Paul Caldwell of Royal Oak; her grandchildren, Misty Justice (Earl), Brandon Hobson, Kimberly Chapman (Lee), Jared Huynh, Evalyn Thayer and Jackson Thayer; and her great grandchildren, Kate Justice, Sarah Justice, Cade Chapman, Caldwell Chapman, Zack Hobson Combs and Macy Cooper.
