She is survived by: her grandchildren, Samantha McCamish (Andrew), Jackson Carlson, Taylor Wells (Emily) and Makenna Carlson; her great grandchildren, Wyatt and Harper McCamish; and her sisters, Ann Deklerk and Katherine Couillard. She is also survived by her family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dementia Foundation of America in Dorothy's name, the local YMCA and or the First Christian Church of Pikeville.
