He is survived by: his children, Cody Courtney of Pikeville, Dustin Hall of Harold Kentucky and Deonna Hall of Harold Kentucky; his sister Donna Sutherland (David) of Georgetown; his half-sister Sarah Dawn Swiney (Darin) of Shelbiana; his brother-in-law Mike Helvey; his grandchildren, Jasper Courtney and Audrey Polite; and also, Julie Hall, Nick, Tori, Keith, Augusta, Paige, Jayden, Hayden, Haylee, Buford and Patricia.
