She was predeceased by : her parents, Alben Fate Mullins and Clara Ann Ratliff Skerlak; and her brothers, Ricky and Robby Vee Mullins. She is survived by : her husband Jay Stewart; her children, Matthew Stewart of Tennessee, Jeramy Stewart of Tennessee, Jayson Stewart of Tennessee, Amy Charles of Elkhorn City and Jami Rowe of Piedmont, NC; and her brothers, Nicky Mullins of Pikeville and Mitchell Allen Mullins of Elkhorn City. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel (112 Elkhorn St, Elkhorn City, KY 41522). A funeral service was held on Sunday, June 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM.
