She was predeceased by: her parents, Green Howell and Virginia Hall Howell; her husband Larry Adkins; and her brothers, James Arthur Howell, Billy Ray Howell and Tandy "Bo" Howell.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Joe Adkins of Galveston, Kentucky and Vanessa Ann Ray (Kevin) of Galveston, Kentucky; and her siblings, Roy Lee Howell of Prestonsburg, Teresa Evans (Bob) of Paintsville, Polly Bentley (Travis) of Beaver and Gail Adkins (Darryl) of Cynthiana, Kentucky. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces & Great Nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Pilgrims Home Old Regular Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
