As Deborah departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Deborah may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Deborah leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Heber Taylor and Edna Taylor (Hess); and her sisters, Vicey Taylor, Lucille Pinson and Glema Justice.
She is survived by: her husband Keith Blackburn; her daughter Paula Sue Blair (Mark) of Pikeville, KY; her sister Judith Pinson of Johnsburg, MI; and her grandchildren, Brady Ward and Jaden Ward.
