He is survived by: his sister Guinevere M. Kogan (Alexander Kogan) of Cincinnati; his niece Melissa Robin Johnson of Cincinnati; his nephew Robert Eldon Boley (Megan Elizabeth Hart) of Kettering, Ohio.; his great-nieces, Tina Marie Johnson, Tara Victoria Johnson, Tabitha Renee Johnson and Annabella Jollene Boley; and his great-nephew Michael Anthony Johnson.
