He is survived by: his wife Brenda Gail; his sons, Steven Paul Damron (Christine) of Pikeville and Ky Danny Damron (Laura) of Pace Fl; his sister Lillie Wright; his grandsons, Eric Thacker and Tyler Damron; and his son Jimmy Dale Sanders.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
