Charles Larry Elswick Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2025, at the age of 74, Charles Larry Elswick of Pikeville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Elswick and Garnette Taylor Elswick; and his son Nathan Alan Elswick. He is survived by: his wife Martha Wright Elswick; his children, Eric Ryan Elswick of Morgantown and Ashley Brown (Jody) of Pikeville; his sister Judy Elswick Thomas (Randy) of Frankfort; his nephews, Cameron Flanagan Wright of Cary and Matthew; his cousin Glenda Justice (Corky Dossett) of Pikeville, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Nathan Ryan Brown, Elizabeth Kate Brown, Caroline Grace Brown and Hailey Jo Brown. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Son Funeral Home (703 Hambley Blvd, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Johnson Memorial Park South Mayo (163 Johnson Cemetery Rd, Pikeville, KY 41501).
