She is survived by: her children, Roger Farrington (Jeannie) of Millard, KY, Hazel Chapman (Jeremy) of Kimper, KY and Natasha Thacker (Adam) of Pikeville, KY; and her siblings, John Thacker of Raccoon, KY, Harold Thacker of Pikeville, KY, Sara Pinion of Kimper, KY and Melissa Lawson of Dryden, VA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
