He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Thacker Kendrick and Sammie Kendrick. He is survived by: his wife Helena "Gwen" Kendrick; his daughters, Lisa Kendrick of Pikeville and Audria Kendrick Denker (Brian) of Louisville, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Jeremy Deal (Mala), Shawna Pilz (Kristopher), Jordan Owens, Siera Denker and Joseph Daniels; and also, Jayden, Alisha, Ava and Jacob. He is also survived by his brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A prayer was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
