He is survived by: his wife Nina L. Young Blackburn; and his brother Jerry L. Blackburn of Canada, KY.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Turkey Creek Old Regular Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM.
