He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzer T. Fuller and Imal Keene Fuller; his wife Billie Jo Thacker Fuller of Alzheimer's Association; and his brothers, Bobby Ray Fuller, Danny Harold Fuller, Randy Blake Fuller and Bennie Joe Fuller.
He is survived by: his son Billy Jack "B. J." Fuller Jr. (Rebecca) of Belcher; his brother Elzer T. Fuller Jr. (Judy) of Versailles, Kentucky.; and his grandson Alton Elliott Fuller.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Feds Creek First Church of God (1668 Feds Creek Rd, Fedscreek, KY 41524). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Billy Jack requested No Flowers, In lieu of, his request was that contributions be made in his wife Billie Jo's memory to the Alzheimer's Association, 2808 Palumbo Dr. #205, Lexington, Ky. 40509.
