She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Ronald and Loretta Burchett Blackburn; and her sister LaDonna Blackburn Miller (William David). She is survived by: her sisters, Sheryl Blackburn Jurich (Roger) of Richmond and Connie Blackburn Miller (Mark) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; and her aunt Bernadette Burchett Conn. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews and Great Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (1430 N Lake Dr, Prestonsburg, KY 41653). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
