It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty A. Taylor of Pikeville, Kentucky, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on November 15, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Runyon and Irene Runyon (Davis); her sister Margaret Nester; and her brother-in-law Garland Nester. She is survived by: her children, Ron Taylor (Carla) of Lexington, Kenny Taylor (Melissa) of Versailles, Wilma Taylor of Pikeville, Debbie Robinson of Pikeville, Elizabeth Taylor of Pikeville and Wanda Ratliff (Elver) of Richmond, Kentucky.; her sister Peggy Houseman (Hank) of Akron; her grandchildren, Christina Robinson, Lauren Wheeler (Zach), Ross Taylor, Jonathan Ratliff, Colby Taylor, Nicholas Taylor and Austin Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Taylor Putty, Kayla Putty and Chloe Putty.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made in Betty's memory to the Appalachian Hospice Care, 1414 So. Mayo Trail, Pikeville, Ky. 41501 Final Resting Place Russell Memorial Cemetery.
