Ardie Katherine Bryant Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ardie Katherine Bryant (Pikeville, Kentucky), who passed away on December 2, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Waldon Hamilton and Katie Newsome Hamilton; her husband Jayson Marvin Bryant; her children, Louverla Adams, John Lee Bryant and Lurlie Jean Hall; her son-in-law Roy Lee Adams; her grandsons, Tracy Warren Bryant and Jason Todd Bryant; and her siblings, Arnold, Abel, Avorn, Johnny Hamilton, Daphene Johnson and Alma Keathley.
She is survived by: her children, Jayson Jr. Bryant and Alverta Dyke; her grandsons, Ronald Adams (Rhonda), Daniel Adams (Ellen), Joseph Adams, Jason Adams (Jeannie) and Roy Dewayne Adams (Priscilla); her children-in-law, Justine Bryant and David Hall; and her brother James Hamilton (Betty). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, twelve great great grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
