She is survived by: her daughter Stephanie Dawn Blankenship (Joey) of Martin, KY.; her grandchildren, Madison Faith Lawson, Jasmine Nicole Chaney, Cameron Joseph Brice Chaney and Emiley Elizabeth Dawn Blankenship; and her spouse Jimmie Jack Keene.
