She is survived by: her husband Johnny Sawyers of Phyllis, KY; her children, Jonathan Sawyers (Laurie) of Elkhorn City, KY, Sherry May of Pikeville, KY, Lorena Smith (Virgil) of Elkhorn City, KY and Kayla Childers (Steven) of Pikeville, KY; and her siblings, Kenneth Worrix of Elkhorn City, KY and Pauletta Keathley of Harold, KY. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren; and 6 Great Grandchildren.
