She is survived by: her children, Riley Allen Hensley of Stanville, KY, Brandon O'Niel Justice of Phyllis, KY and Kelli Denise Justice of Phyllis, KY; her grandchildren, Tristian Justice, Kylie Le'Rae Hopkins, Sladen Cruise Good, Dylan Smith, Briana Hensley and Christian Hensley; her great grandchild Tobias Hopkins; and her sister Samantha Murphy of Briston, TN..
