He is survived by: his wife Phyllis White; his children, Tony White (Casey) of Nashville, Tennessee, Ben White (Dana) of Lewisville, Texas, Adam Lawson (Kaera) of Louisville, Kentucky and Bethany Christian (David) of Christiansburg, Virginia.; his grandchildren, Kylie White, Tripp Christian, William White and Thomas White; and his siblings, Joe White of Corbin and Francie White of Louisville, Kentucky..
