With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyliss Ann Shannon of Phyllis, Kentucky, who passed away on March 28, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert B. Pack and Lucy R. Pack (Parks); her siblings, S. Christine P. Whiten, Norman Pack, Irene P. Spears, Novile K. Pack and Wilma Jean P. N. Ryland (Toots); her husband James Cleon Shannon; and her son Jerry Lee Shannon.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Shanda Adkins; her children, Theresa L. West (Eddie) and Jim Shannon (Marsha); her grandson Jeremiah D West (Eva) of Shanda, D. W.; her great grandchildren, Jaden R. Adkins, Noah K. West and Kendall D. Adkins; and her close friend Rachel Roberts. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made toward funeral expenses.
