Adkins; her children, Anthony Randall Adkins (Tawanna) and Julie Dawn Mullins (Johnny); her grandchildren, Bethany Danielle Leedy (Travis), Gabriel Q. Adkins, Shania Lewis (Tyler), Devin Edmonds (Reagan), Tommy Fouts (Tiffany), Gavin Collins, Brody Mullins and Jordan Hunt; her great grandchildren, Jasper Leedy, Maverick Leedy, Audrey Lewis and Ember Edmonds; her siblings, Sharon Smith, Angela Owens and Jeff Stiltner; and her nieces and nephews, Rebecca Justice, Stevie Adkins, Jarred Adkins, Teresa Adkins and Lil Jerry Adkins.
