She is survived by: her husband Gary Chapman of Kimper, KY; her children, Johnathon Michael Chapman of Kimper, KY and Tabitha Dawn Chapman of Kimper, KY; her sister Lora Thacker of Salyersville, KY; and her granddaughters, Jasmine Chapman and Maggie Chapman.
