He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Allen and Nancy Morris Allen; and his siblings, Raymond Morris, Roy Morris and Zenna Blackburn.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Fuller (Brad), Teresa Chapman (Rodney), Darrell Allen (Belinda) and Dean Allen (Debbie); his siblings, Jennings Allen and Lawuna Gannon; and also Diana Miller. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends.
