He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Herman and Willie Jean Green Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Murphy Vaughn; his son Russell Scott Murphy (Angela); his granddaughter Cadee LeAnn Murphy; his siblings, Annita Vaughn and Joe Vaughn (Vickie); his nieces, Kriss Vaughn and Kasey Vaughn; and his nephew Thomas Vaughn. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
