He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Penick; his children, Timothy Penick (Bobbi) and Beverly McCarty (Shawn); his siblings, Edward Penick (Sue), Bobby Penick (Cheryl) and Virginia Sammons (J. R.); and his grandchildren, Ashlyn McCarty and Megan Howard. He is also survived by Several great grandchildren.
