He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Brainard Bush; his children, Joshua Bush (Kisha) of Grayson, Adam Bush (Jennifer) of Rush and Rachael Bush of Rush; his siblings, Lesley Castle of Grayson, Cheryl Floyd of Greenup, Shelia Collins (Rex) of Grayson and Timothy Bush (Donna) of Greenup; his grandchildren, Kyra Bush, Halle Bush, Layla Bush, Taylor Bush, Whitney Howard and Trace Brown; and his great grandchild Tristan River Evans.
