She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Fields and Earnie Belle Fife Fields; her husband Ralph Vernon Belcher; her sons, Eddie Belcher, Stevie Belcher and Jerry Belcher; and her brother Alfred Fields.
She is survived by: her children, Rickey Belcher (Sheila) of Kimper, KY and Barbara Taylor of Phyllis, KY; and her siblings, Fonso Fields (Myria) of Phyllis, KY, Suetta Hill of Phyllis, KY, Rita Justice (James) of Phyllis, KY and Anita Abshire (Jim) of Kimper, KY.. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
