He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Moore; his children, Daryl Moore (Kathy), Darlene Cummings (Dale), Robin Knott (Eric) and Michael Foley (Tara); and his siblings, JoAnn Hamilton (Benny), Faye Burton and Jim Bob Moore (Janet). He is also survived by eight grandchildren & seven great grandchildren.
