Billie Justice Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2019, at the age of 85, Billie Justice (Phyllis, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kerry Phillips and Grace Williamson Phillips; her daughter Susan Denise Justice; her granddaughter Veronica "Janie" Justice Thornsbury; her great grandchildren, Haley Natasha Thornsbury and Sawyer Grant McIntosh; and her siblings, Buster, Sid, Franklin Phillips, Mae Thacker and June Meade.

She is survived by: her children, Robert "Robbie" Justice (Melissa), Kim Justice (Teena), Anthony "Tony" Jerome Justice and Retha Margaret Justice (Kevin Wooten); and her siblings, Mildred Justice, Edgar Gene Phillips and Zack Phillips. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
