It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Ann McCarthy Aldridge (Philpot, Kentucky), who passed away on August 30, 2018, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Mary Margaret Sumner, Jessie Lee McCarthy, Earl McCarthy, Charles Edward McCarthy, Robert Bray, George McCarthy and Donald McCarthy.
She is survived by: her husband Donnie Aldridge of Philpot; her children, Trina Page (Jason) of Owensboro, Joy Ihle (Al) of Polk, IA and Jason Shane May of Owensboro; her grandchildren, Joshua McFadden, Emily Shelton, Haley Page and Hannah Page; and her siblings, Alice Wermling (Gene) of Owensboro and Jimbo McCarthy of Pleasant Ridge. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
