With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Mattingly (Philpot, Kentucky), born in McQuady, Kentucky, who passed away on March 14, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Celestine and Martha Mildred Miller Mattingly; and her brothers, Charles Celestine Mattingly, Jr. and Gerald Mattingly. She is survived by: her husband David Mattingly; her children, Becky McCubbins (Larry) of Owensboro, KY, Julie Jensen (Holger) of Philpot, KY, Cindy Payne (Tom) of Knottsville, KY. and John D. Mattingly of Philpot, KY.; and her grandchildren, Kristen Bumm (Ryan), Morgan McCubbins, Brittany Mattingly, Brandon Mattingly (Chelsea), Allyson Mattingly, Chelsie Payne and Nicolas Payne. She is also survived by five great grandchildren, five sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
Linda Carol Mattingly, 78 of Philpot, kY passed from complication of Parkinson's on Saturday, March 14, 2020 while in the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky.
